In the previous issue of our newsletter we informed you about the new Visual Installer 2018 and CD-Menu Creator 2018. In this issue we will give you more information about some of the new functions in these two products.

UPDATED 'USER OPTIONS' DIALOG BOX IN VISUAL INSTALLER

We have updated the User Options setup dialog box in Visual Installer 2018, so it also support radio buttons:

UPDATED XRUN COMMAND IN VISUAL INSTALLER

The XRUN script command in Visual Installer 2018 has been updated and extended to handle two more parameters: %OS and %Bitness. These two parameters are optional and allows you to specify in which Windows version and with which Windows bitness (32 bit/64 bit) the program file that XRUN starts can be run in. USB MENU CREATOR - AUTORUN MENUS FOR USB STICKS

With USB Menu Creator you can create AutoRun menu interfaces for USB flash drives. The menus will open automatically when the USB stick is plugged into the computer's USB port. From a menu users can run programs, open documents, play videos etc.

USB Menu Creator is a special bundle that contains the following 3 products: CD-Menu Creator, USB AutoRun Creator and Image Resizer.

CREATION DATE OF A MENU IS NOW AUTOMATICALLY SAVED

A date field has been added to the Version tab in the editor of CD-Menu Creator 2018. This new field will be automatically updated with the creation date of a menu every time the menu is created.
