SamLogic Calendar Components is a collection of powerful calendar ActiveX components. These calendar components can be used in programs or on Internet/Intranet pages. There are three types of calendars included in this tool: an one-month calendar, a 6-month calendar and a 12-month calendar.
The calendars can show public holidays and week numbers according to the ISO 8601 standard. The calendar has built-in logic to calculate when movable holidays, for example the Easter, occurs. The calendars are international and can show text in any language in the world. Text (monthnames, tip text etc) and dates for public holidays are read from external country files. Country files for USA, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark are included, but you can easy create your own country files. Users can also select dates by using the mouse buttons. Selected dates can be set to different colors. Dates can also be selected via program code.

The components in SamLogic Calendar Components can be used in all applications and programming languages that can handle ActiveX controls, for example Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Application (VBA), Visual C++, Borland Delphi, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel etc. The ActiveX controls can also be used in ASP pages and with .NET.
The controls have been careful tested and have been in real world environments for many years now. All controls are written in Visual C++ for performance reasons. The source code of the ActiveX controls is also available for purchase.
